It was actually a really overcast day the morning I took this image but thanks to a bit of luck the magical light managed to pop out just long enough to shoot off a couple of frames and then it was gone.
This is one of my favourite images. The reason why is because like a lot of my favourite photographs there was an element of luck involved i.e. right place at the right time.
I love the way all the components came together for this shot, the golden light of sunset mixed with the looming storm clouds and still reflection.
