This is one of my favourite Irish images and is of a sunset at Lough Shindilla near Maam Cross in Connemara, Co. Galway. The reason it’s one of my favourite images is because I think that it shows off the magical ever changing Irish light at its best.
I love the way all the components came together for this shot, the golden light of sunset mixed with the looming storm clouds and the still reflection.
